There are many times in a tournament when you are faced with difficult decisions, especially when you are yellow, orange and red MZoned. Sometimes it's a game of numbers, profiles, or tournament stage. Your poker calculator might be telling you to call, but would your opponent really do what he is doing without a hand? Sometimes it's because of your own errors, miscalculations, or impatience. The simple matter of fact is that it happens to all of us and learning to get over it, learn from it and just get on to the next tournament can do a lot for your frame of mind.

It's up to you to look at your controversial hands more reflectively - without regret - and learn from them. Even if you have read all the poker books, this process may be very enlightening to you because you are putting your own emotions into the hand, which simply cannot be ignored.
