Poker Office has released an update to it's poker software. The most recent version is now 5.75 and includes several improvements including support for Full Tilt's RUSH poker.

RUSH poker and the software used to create that game has given more than it's share of headaches to 3rd party software programmers, but now Poker Office joins Hold'em Manager, Poker Tracker and ALL Indicator products as poker software that can keep up with the speed and technology of the game.

Poker Office provides a HUD and/or Live Tracker display complete with odds and profiling data for all games and supports over 170 online poker rooms including PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker.

New Stats

Donk bet %: This indicates how often a player bets into the aggressor when out of position. If you for example raise preflop and your opponent calls after limping into the pot, then on the flop your opponent suddenly bets into you, his Donk Bet % will increase. This is a very important statistic to use when deciding how to react to the fairly unusual donk bets (used frequently by some players).

Squeeze %: Once someone raises preflop, and get one or more callers, it’s called a squeeze if you put in another raise. Many players use this to win a medium sized pot without much resistance. The reason for this being that normally only the initial raiser can have a strong hand since the subsequent callers otherwise would have chosen a re-raise.

Bet to missed Cont Bet %: If you raise preflop and then get called and on the flop your opponent bets after you decide to check, this statistic will increase for your opponent. This statistic will successfully help you decide how to react once a player bets after you decided not to continuation bet. If a player bets a very high percentage of time in this situation, you should figure out a proper way to counter it.

Bet when checked to %: Indicates how often a player bets once it’s checked to him. By using this statistic you can easily figure out how likely a player is to bet once you show weakness. If you notice someone doing this way too much, implementing check-raises could be a good strategy.

Tournament M Value: Calculated by dividing your current stack with the cost of paying blinds + antes in play: Stack size/(antes+blinds). This value ultimately tells you how many orbits you can afford to play. Dan Harrington popularized this term in his famous Hartington on Hold’em books and went into detail on how best to use different M values:

M > 20: When you’re above 20 M, you can choose to play as conservatively or aggressively as you like.

M > 10: When you’re above 10 M but below 20 M, speculative hands such as small pairs and suited connectors go down in value.

M > 6: When you’re above 6 M but below 10 M, you should be the one taking action first and you need to preserve your chips

M > 1: When you’re above 1 M but below 6, it’s important that your only actions are Fold or All-in

M > 1: Once you fall below 1 M, you need to push all-in whenever you can do so in an empty pot

There are several variations of the stats above (except for M value). For example you can choose to add Donk bet turn % or Bet to missed Cont Bet Turn %

Poker software review quotes:

Online poker hasn't really been around for too long, maybe a decade or so, but as soon as it was, clever programmers were thinking about designing online poker software tools that could not only produce a winning edge for a player, but stretch the meaning of fair play.

Well the best poker software tools have survived an era of audacious claims made by many fly-by-nighters. Poker software like Poker Tracker, Holdem Manager and Tournament Indicator have achieved real staying and power market share largely due to following the rules set out by online poker rooms such as Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars, yet they have displayed evidence of creating clear advantages for those who use the tracking software.
